Fitness programs are more important than ever. Long hours of remote, sedentary work can cause weight gain, lethargy, and negative thinking… no one wants that! Thrivful gets your employees moving and working off that stagnant energy.
Our fitness programs are designed to (safely) exercise your employees via cardio, strength training, and movement exercises that help reduce stress, improve overall health, and reverse the effects of a sedentary lifestyle. A partial list of our fitness class offerings is below.

Our registered dietitians and nutritionists work with your employees individually or in a group setting to ensure their diets are optimized for health and wellness goals.
Thrivful offers classes in healthy cooking, smoothie making, nutrition basics, and specialty or restricted diets. We also offer custom nutrition programming for overall health, special needs, and for individuals who are working toward a specific weight or fitness goal.
Education

Thrivful offers a customizable education program on topics pertaining to health, fitness, weight loss, nutrition, exercise, stress management, communication styles, and overall well-being. Our skilled and certified wellness professionals present informative programs in an entertaining and interactive format.
Long-form speaking engagements can be tailored to topics that your employees want to learn more about or that hold a particular relevance for your business.
‘Lunch and Learn’ presentations take about 45 minutes and are followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. Popular topics include Brain and Body Health, Forming Healthy Habits, Weight Management, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Heart Health, and Managing Blood Sugar.
Onsite and Virtual Health Fairs are a great opportunity for employees to take control of their own health and well-being. Health Fairs may offer personal health coaching, fitness classes, juice and smoothie-making demos, 15-minute massages, an overview of the company’s health and wellness benefits, and more. Thrivful manages all aspects of planning and execution.
Personal one-on-one coaching and team education sessions are also available.
Team Building

Building your company culture starts with building strong relationships. Thrivful has created a menu of fun, team-bonding activities that will help employees take down their walls and connect with one-another in a low-stress environment. People tend to bond over similar interests and shared activities, so let the bonding begin.
Some of our team building activities include onsite and virtual craft nights, game nights, wine-tastings, happy hours, mani-pedis, lunchtime dance parties, virtual escape rooms, cooking classes, and more. We also offer custom activities by request.
